The PLEDGES Program is an integrated local development strategy to Reduce Poverty And Hunger and improve the fiscal capacity of Local Government Units.

The Program focuses on the most basic needs for the general well-being of the people.  The focus projects of this program are:

COMMUNITY LEARNING SYSTEMS

The free e-books we offer are pre-feasibility studies of different grassroots and small scale projects.  You can use these e-books for your own purposes or you can contact SOPREX Foundation for assistance.
