Local Participatory Planning and Budgeting (LPPB). This process is divided into several successive session requiring two days for barangays, or three days for municipalities, cities and provinces, to complete.

5. Public Service Excellence Program (PSEP)
It is a multi-phase program requiring 6 months to complete and aims to create awareness, excitement, and commitment to the concept of quality service excellence in a customer-focused organization. It includes:
> Service Vision and Values Workshop
> Service Audit Workshop
> Service Improvement Workshop
> Follow Up Renewal Workshop
> BCSS.
6. Participatory Strategic Organizational Assessment Workshop (PSOAW)
It is a two-day activity which allows government officials and representatives from the private sector to sit together and assess LGU systems, structures, and procedures of operation. The result of which can be an effective tool in determining the future organizational interventions and formulating the organization’s operational and strategic plans.
7. Quick Investment Prioritization (QIP)
Employing both technical and participatory modes for investment planning, the QIP is an approach that would hasten the investment planning process while still ensuring the reliability of the project or program choices. Through this, the stake-holders should be able to formulate investment plans and influence the allocation of budgets for the projects and priorities that are expressive of local needs.
8. Technology of Participation (ToP) Level 1: Basic Group Facilitation Methods
Designed to share the Technology of Facilitation Methods that are currently used in working with groups and organizations throughout the world. The course is intended to transfer the skills and methodologies of basic group facilitation. Two (2) days to complete.
9. Technology of Facilitation (ToP) Level 2: Designing ToP Events
Designed for ToP facilitators so as to successfully implement a participatory event, using the 5-Step Model Design. Three (3) days to complete.
10. Technology of Participation Training of Trainers (ToT)
Designed for ToP facilitators to emphasize the importance of teaching the methods in their proper form and maintaining the quality and value of the training in delivering the course. Five (5) days to complete.
11. Basic Customer Service Skill (BCSS)
BCSS is a training course especially designed for those who have considerable exposure in conducting training programs and those who have good working experience in the use of different training methodologies. It is a component of the five-phased Public Service Excellence Program (PSEP) which aims at developing a customer-oriented culture in organizations. Five (5) days to complete.
12. Barangay Participatory Planning and Budgeting Workshop (BPPBW)
The BPPBW Trainers Training is a course that seeks to instill a mechanism that makes planning highly participative, promotes transparent budgeting, and links the plan with the budget. Five (5) days to complete.
13. Public Service Excellence Program (PSEP)
Training course for trainers intended to present a step by step guide on how to conduct the PSEP. As the demand for excellence in public service increases, the need for facilitators of this program also increases. Five (5) days to complete.
14. Municipal Environment Planning Workshop (MEPW)
This training is designed for future facilitators to effectively employ both technical and participatory modes for environmental planning. Hence, allowing the consideration of the points of view of the different stakeholders, no matter how divergent these interests are. Two (2) days to complete.
15. Participatory Real Property Taxation (PRPT)
The PRPT is designed to allow for an effective partnership among stakeholders. It is comprised of two separate training sessions to further suit the needs of prospective clients:
(a) the Barangay officials Participatory Workshop on Real Property Taxation (BOPW-RPT) and
(b) Teachers and School Officials Participatory workshop on Real Property Taxation (T/SO-RPT).
Each session requires two (2) days.
16. Training of Performance Raters (TPR)
Designed for future evaluation performers. At the end of the training, the participants shall have been made aware of what performance management is and its components, the key elements and the common pitfalls in performance rating and be able to conduct an effective performance in interview and counseling. Two (2) days to complete.
